Can I play test?
Because this is webshop, playtesting is not an option. However, We playtest the instrument to make sure it functions.
Is there any guarantee?
All our items are selected used instruments. We do not offer quarantee on shipped items.
Can i pickup an instrument in person?
After buying an item, it is possible to pick up an instrument in person. To do so, please call us to make an appointment.
How long does it take to receive my items?
Item will be send within 3 business days. Delivery is dependent upon the delivery company.
Do you offer rush shipping options for urgent orders?
Yes, we can offer expedited shipping options for time-sensitive orders. Of course also depending on availibility from the delivery company.
